Join Adele Shortmans, Partner at Weightmans for an interactive employment law session, designed specifically for HR leaders navigating an increasingly complex landscape. With significant changes anticipated through the Employment Rights Act in 2026, the session will blend practical legal insight with an open Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to raise real issues, questions, or grey areas where legal input would be valuable. Discussion-led and shaped by the room, this is a chance to sense-check approaches, learn from peers, and leave better equipped for what lies ahead.

The Inspiring Progress session will provide you with a chance to share and collaboratively solve your challenges in a safe, confidential and collaborative environment. During the session you will be able to bring a real goal, problem, or discussion topic to the group and benefit from the collective insight and experience of other attendees. You will have the opportunity to present one of three options for support from the group:
