Meet the Facilitator
Mark is a Senior Leaders Peer Group Chair and facilitator with The Manufacturers’ Alliance. He joined the Alliance in September 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from over 30 years in the military, aerospace, and defence sectors, combined with Board-level experience in family businesses. Mark is passionate about supporting leaders to develop, grow, and achieve their full potential.
With a career spanning leadership, human resources, organisational management, and diverse operational environments, Mark excels at helping leaders navigate complex challenges, improve team performance, and create people-focused cultures. His hands-on, insightful, and calm approach focuses on understanding people, building trust, and enabling meaningful, sustainable change.
Mark has worked with organisations of all sizes, from large-scale aerospace and defence operations to fast-moving SMEs, helping strengthen leadership teams, implement capability frameworks, and support succession planning. He is particularly skilled at creating safe spaces where individuals and teams can be open, reflective, and supported through change.
Outside work, Mark enjoys music, all sports, reading, baking, socialising with friends, and spending time with family. As a facilitator, he brings curiosity, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping leaders succeed, creating environments where peers can connect, share insights, and inspire each other.
