Meet the Facilitator
Victoria is one of the Manufacturers’ Alliance experts and facilitates the Emerging Leaders Peer Group. With over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing and leadership, Victoria brings a unique blend of commercial acumen, coaching expertise, and lived experience of leading transformation in complex environments. Beginning her career in 1998 in her family’s engineering business, she worked her way from receptionist to Managing Director taking the company from £2 million to £6 million turnover, significantly expanding exports, and establishing a successful subsidiary in Canada.
An experienced executive, leadership, and life coach, Victoria is passionate about helping emerging leaders unlock their potential, build confidence, and lead with authenticity. She supports individuals and teams to get “unstuck”, navigate change, and take courageous steps forward, fostering clarity, growth, and resilience in both professional and personal contexts. Her coaching style is direct yet compassionate, creating space for honest conversations that spark meaningful, sustainable change.
Throughout her career, Victoria has championed progressive leadership, transforming traditional cultures into open, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplaces. She empowers leaders to develop clear vision and strategy, align their teams, and foster a culture where people feel inspired to innovate and grow. Known for her curiosity, openness, and genuine care, she helps individuals see challenges from new perspectives and build the confidence to act decisively.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys travelling, upcycling furniture, Yorkshire puddings, Sauvignon Blanc, and spending time with her daughter. Driven by an unending desire to learn and grow, she brings warmth, wisdom, and authenticity to everything she does inspiring the next generation of manufacturing leaders to think boldly, lead bravely, and create lasting impact.
