Meet the Facilitators

Juliette Yardley

Juliette is one of The Manufacturers’ Alliance experts and facilitates the HR Leaders Peer Group. With an academic background in psychology and over 25 years’ experience in applied positive psychology, Juliette brings deep expertise in behavioural change, leadership development, and coaching. She is passionate about understanding what drives people, how they think and behave, and supporting them to create positive, lasting change.

Throughout her career, Juliette has worked with a wide range of leaders and teams, helping them build awareness, align around shared goals, and unlock their potential. Her approach combines curiosity, challenge, and compassion, encouraging individuals to ask the difficult questions that lead to real growth. Calm, authentic, and insightful, Juliette creates safe spaces where people can reflect, be open, and take meaningful action to improve their thinking, habits, and behaviours.

Juliette has led and supported numerous cultural transformations and growth journeys, including driving continuous improvement and engagement across large, complex organisations. She excels at helping hands-on leaders win back their time, engage their teams, and achieve tangible results through effective behavioural and cultural change.

Outside of work, Juliette enjoys cheese, dancing, camping, music, being creative, and jumping in muddy puddles. She brings energy, empathy, and a genuine love for helping others to every group she works with, inspiring leaders to think differently, connect deeply, and create environments where people and performance thrive.

Nicki Campbell

Nicki is one of The Manufacturers’ Alliance experts and facilitates one of the HR Leaders’ Peer Groups. With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development, including 12 years as HR Director within a manufacturing organisation, Nicki brings a wealth of practical and strategic expertise to her work. She is passionate about helping SMEs strengthen their people strategies, with a particular focus on leadership development, culture and values, employee engagement, and wellbeing.

Nicki creates supportive and insightful spaces where leaders can reflect, grow, and achieve their full potential. Her calm, empathetic approach helps individuals explore their leadership style, build confidence, and recognise the impact they have on others. By blending commercial acumen with a deep understanding of people, she enables leaders and teams to align, engage, and deliver lasting results.

Throughout her career, Nicki has led significant cultural and people-focused transformations, improving engagement, retention, and leadership capability. She holds an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is a Fellow of the CIPD, bringing both credibility and authenticity to her facilitation.

Outside of work, Nicki enjoys weekends in Wales, walking, Mexican food, gin and tonic, chocolate, and relaxing at home with family. She brings warmth, wisdom, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed, creating spaces where leaders can connect, reflect, and thrive together.
