With over 35 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including a period as Factory Director at the Horlicks Factory in Slough, John brings a wealth of practical leadership and operational expertise to his work. He is passionate about helping SME leaders deliver superior performance for customers, employees, and business owners alike.
An expert in change management and operational excellence, John supports leaders to move from reactive management to a state of flow, where processes work seamlessly, teams are aligned, and continuous improvement becomes part of everyday culture. Outside of work, John enjoys table tennis, rock music, playing bass guitar, walking, travelling, spontaneous fun, and spending time with his family.
